Book and pay in the app so payment protection and refunds apply. Don't share phone numbers or payment links in chat.
3. Honest profiles and reviews
Only parents who booked can leave a review. Profiles and reviews must be true.
4. Child safety
Never contact a child directly or meet outside an agreed class. See the safeguarding policy.
5. If rules are broken
